Soak Your Way To A Better Nights Sleep

Is there any better feeling than waking up well rested, full of energy and ready to take on the day? We all know what we ‘need’ to be doing to feel like this in the mornings, but unfortunately Netflix sometimes gets the better of us. #truth

You’ve probably also read many articles on ‘switching off’ at 8pm, putting your phone on aeroplane mode, or even meditating at night. Admittedly all very hard to do when there are episodes of Suits to watch and an Instagram feed to get to the bottom of.

What if I said there was a very simple and easy ritual you could start? One that would have you feeling relaxed and more calm at night, and lead to a better sleep, and therefore a better morning?
