Free shipping for all orders over $100 AUD.
Flat rate shipping of $12 for all orders under $100 AUD.
Allow up to 5 business days Australia wide and up to 7 business days for shipping for remote locations outside major capitals.
International
Shipping is carbon neutral parcel delivery through Australia Post.
$18 AUD for all international locations.
Estimated delivery times of 7-12 business days for metro areas of major cities.
Times vary depending on your location and delays in customs clearance.
Shipping may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post's control.
All import taxes, customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

100% satisfaction guarantee within 30 days of purchase is required for refunds.

How to Return An Item
For an item return, please contact Ocinium to arrange a returns label to be sent you you upon approval. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange their return’s shipment to our facility before a refund or exchange can be processed.
Print your returns label, affix to your package, then drop it off at the post office at no cost to you.
We highly recommend a shipping method that offers tracking upon receipt.
Once return claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (subject to stock availability)
