Shipping is carbon neutral parcel delivery through Australia Post.

Free shipping for all orders over $150 AUD.

Flat rate shipping of $14.90 for all orders under $150 AUD.

Express shipping available for $19.90.

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day.

Standard: 2–6 business days
Express: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary for remote locations outside major capitals, or due to delays outside Australia Post's control.

International

Shipping is carbon neutral parcel delivery through Australia Post.

$29.90 AUD for all international locations.

Estimated delivery times of 5–10 business days for metro areas of major cities.

Times vary depending on your location and delays in customs clearance.

Shipping may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post's control.

All import taxes, customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it's meant to do, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, regardless of how long ago you purchased it. Please contact us at enquiries@ocinium.com with your proof of purchase to arrange this.

If you need to return a product that was purchased via an Ocinium stockist or clinic, please contact them directly.

If you need to return a product that was purchased overseas, please contact Ocinium directly at enquiries@ocinium.com.

How to Return An Item

For an item return, please contact Ocinium to arrange a returns label to be sent to you upon approval. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange their return's shipment to our facility before a refund or exchange can be processed.

Print your returns label, affix to your package, then drop it off at the post office at no cost to you.

We highly recommend a shipping method that offers tracking upon receipt.

Once your return claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (subject to stock availability)
