These terms apply to all Ocinium Gift Cards purchased through www.ocinium.com.
Expiry
Ocinium Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be stated on the gift card confirmation email sent to the purchaser. Gift cards cannot be redeemed after this date.
No post-purchase fees
No fees are charged on Ocinium Gift Cards after purchase. The balance of your gift card will not be reduced by activation, account-keeping, or inactivity fees.
Delivery
Gift cards are delivered digitally by email to the address provided at checkout. Ocinium Gift Cards are not available as a physical card. Please ensure the email address provided is correct, as we are not responsible for gift cards sent to an incorrect address supplied by the purchaser.
Redemption
Gift cards may be redeemed against any product available on www.ocinium.com at the time of redemption. Gift cards can be used across multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted or the expiry date is reached, whichever occurs first. If a purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the difference must be paid by another payment method. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part, except where required by law.
Loss and unauthorised use
Ocinium Gift Cards are treated like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift cards, or for any use of the gift card code by a third party who has obtained it, whether with or without the purchaser's or recipient's knowledge.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a consumer guarantee applies and cannot lawfully be excluded, that guarantee continues to apply regardless of anything else stated here.
Changes to these terms
Ocinium may update these terms from time to time. Changes will not affect the value or expiry date of a gift card already purchased.
